Information we collect
When you request an offer or contact us we collect the information you provide: name, property address, phone number, email address, and details about your property and situation. We also collect standard website analytics (pages visited, device, approximate location) through Google Analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate and make offers on your property, schedule appointments, coordinate closings, and, with your consent, send you related communications by phone, email, and text message.
Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms and Terms of Use. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (messaging and phone carriers, CRM and email hosting, title and escrow companies for a transaction you are part of) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
